Winter Gin
Capturing a Steamboat winter, this gin balances juniper with bitter orange, cardamom, and nutmeg, finishing with a warm glow. Ideal for a Fitzgerald or martini.
London Dry Gin
A bold, juniper-forward take on the classic style, this gin bursts with botanicals, balanced by citrus and spice. Great for the classics like a Martini and a Negroni.
Sarvisberry Flavored Gin
Infused with hand-picked Colorado sarvisberries soaked in Summer Gin for 2 months, this gin offers a fruity twist with subtle tartness and no added sugar—just berry sweetness. Try it in a Fizz or over ice. We only make around 100 bottles of this each year so get it when you can!
Emerald Mountain Single Malt Whiskey
Aged in new and used oak barrels, our Emerald Mountain Single Malt Whiskey boasts a rich, malty depth with notes of caramel, honey, and a smooth, lingering finish. Savor it neat to appreciate its complexity or mix it into a Japanese Highball.
Storm Mountain Single Malt Whiskey
Inspired by the rugged Storm Mountain (aka Mt. Werner), this single malt is crafted with chocolate malt in the mash bill, delivering deep flavors with hints of cocoa, toasted oak, and a touch of spice. Best enjoyed by a crackling fire or in an Old Fashioned.
Bourbon
Still resting in barrels (but we might have some samples for you...), our Bourbon with a 20% wheat mash bill promises a soft profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, and a smooth lingering finish. Check back soon for its release!

Distilled from Colorado-grown grains, our premium vodka offers a silky-smooth texture with a clean, crisp finish. Gone are the days of burning, foul tasting vodka. You can tell this Vodka is made with love and care from Colorado Grain. Sip it chilled or mix it into a Highball.
